We believe that understanding the requirement of the customer must be well followed by set up manufacturing facilities for plastic part design, tooling and processing. Poly Products with the help of skilled and trained people added by accumulated experience have such fully developed facilities to ensure and efficient and reliable production at its works in Mumbai and Bangalore.

• TOOLING: We have in-house Tool Room with well trained and experinced mould makers and machineries include EDM, Milling machine, Radial Drilling machine, Lathe. Moulds are manufactured as per Customer specifications. We can develop the product from concept to three dimensional model and have access to CNC machining facility.
  


• INJECTION MOULDING: The Moulding shop have machines of capacities from 30 ton to 300 tons of L & T DEMAG, DGP – Windsor, Patel Plast and Auxillary equipments such as Mould Temperature Controller, Hopper drier, Pre-heating and Annealing Owen. Together with well trained moulders, we are able to manufacture high quality products with all type of eingineering plastic material.
  


• ULTRASONIC WELDING: The machines are of Branson, King Ultrasonic, IMECO make of 1.2KW to 2 KW. We weld our impellers with consitent tolerances by using virgin raw material which results in zero rejection of components.
  


• SECONDARY OPERATIONS: The machine shop have Lathe Machines with DRO, Drilling machines, Tapping attachment, Flypress to do secondary machining.
