With over years of association with the Pump Industry, coupled with our expertise, the Pump Impellers are developed to meet the Functional requirements in Engineering Plastic. Conversion of Metal to Engineering Plastic done by us for Pump Parts, has been appreciated by the Pump Industry.
Tooling
We had developed more than six hundred injection moulds exclusively for the Pump Industry and Industrial Components. The CAD / CAM facilities are equipped with industry leading software of SOLIDWORKS by Dassault Systems and Power Shape, Power Mill by Delcam {AUTODESK}.
The Tool room machinery includes CNC Milling Machine, Lathe, Radial Drilling Machine, EDM, Milling Machine, Surface Grinder, Cylindrical Grinding Attachment etc. Mould Development and Mould Maintenance are done In-House.
Ultrasonic Welding
The Impellers and Diffusers are Ultrasonically Welded, to achieve consistent quality. We have designed and developed different types of Horns and Fixtures to match the profile of impellers upto 180 mm diameter, using CAD / CAM techniques to achieve maximum weld strength. We have developed a method for Testing the Welding strength of Impellers, to ensure zero rejection in the field. More than twenty machines of up to 3000 Watts, of Branson, Dukane, K-Sonic are installed.
Capacity
Poly Products uses Power Press of Five to Hundred Ton capacity, both mechanical and hydraulic type for fitting of Stainless Steel wear rings on impellers and diffusers. Stainless Steel Stage Casing Cup of different designs for Submersible Pumps are made as per Customer requirements.
We are operating CNC Turning Centre and twenty five or more Lathe machine, for machining critical dimensions with close tolerances of impellers, bearing housing and other components.
Tapping Machines are used to do threading of impellers and diffusers.
