🧩 Product Design & Development

Our in-house Tool Design & Development Shop enables us to accelerate product development and support rapid prototyping. Leveraging decades of experience, we’ve successfully converted metal components to engineering plastics, optimizing performance, reducing weight, and improving cost efficiency—especially for pump impellers and related assemblies.

🛠 Tooling Capabilities

With over 600+ injection molds developed for pump and industrial components, our tooling division is equipped with advanced CAD/CAM systems like SolidWorks® and Autodesk® PowerShape & PowerMill.
Our in-house tool room includes:

• CNC Milling Machines

• EDM & Surface Grinders

• Lathes & Radial Drills

• Cylindrical Grinding Attachments

We handle both new mold development and preventive maintenance to ensure tool longevity and production consistency.

🌐 Ultrasonic Welding Expertise

For precise bonding of components like impellers and diffusers, we employ ultrasonic welding using a fleet of over 20 machines (up to 3000W) from Branson, Dukane, and K-Sonic.
We’ve also developed custom horns and fixtures (up to Ø180 mm), along with in-house weld strength testing protocols—ensuring consistent, field-ready quality.

⚙️ Machining & Assembly Capacity

Our infrastructure includes:

• Power Presses (5–100 Ton, hydraulic & mechanical) for SS ring fittings

• CNC Turning Centers for tight-tolerance machining

• 25+ Lathe Machines for precision finishing

• Tapping Machines for accurate threading

We also manufacture Stainless Steel Stage Casing Cups and other pump assemblies tailored to customer designs.
